Gasparilla Island Water Association is excited to announce that it will be implementing a new customer portal, powered by nexbillpay!

This customer portal allows customers to easily manage their utility accounts, monitor usage, view bills, and enroll in Paperless, Autopay by E- check or credit card, or Text to Pay.

Customers wishing to have the convenience of paying and viewing billing information online will need to create an account on the new online portal by following the link: https://new.nexbillpay.net/Gasparillaiwafl/billpay/signin

Gasparilla Island Water Association customers will also have the option to pay their bills by phone by calling: (888) 611-8912

PLEASE TAKE NOTE: Current ACH customers will not need to sign up for Autopay in the new online portal unless changing payment method to credit card. Customers wishing to sign up for Paperless, Autopay by E-check or credit card, or Text to Pay (credit card) will need to enroll with their payment information once they have been registered in the online portal.
